FAQ's


Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, Athlegend will be unable to fulfill orders on our current fulfillment timeline. Our vendors and supply partners have been immensely impacted as well as many of our customers and wider communities.

What does this mean?

The Athlegend.com website will remain operational, but we will be unable to fulfill and deliver orders on time as most items will be delayed until further notice.

You can still place orders. We’ll still receive them, and we will fulfill all available orders in chronological order of date & time paid,  once we’re back to a more normal operational position.

We wish all our partners, and most importantly all our customers and visitors a safe future ahead.

ORDERS



How do I place an order?

Choose the product(s) you would like to order by selecting the correct size and clicking 'Add to Bag' When you have finished adding items to your bag, proceed to the checkout and use one of the relevant checkout options.

Returning Customers: Log into your account using your email address and password.

New Customers: Register yourself by entering your email address and a password of your choice. Simply follow the instructions to complete your secure online payment. If you are experiencing problems whilst trying to place an order with us then please contact our Customer Service team by emailing us at customerservice@athlegend.com or fill out the contact form by clicking on our contact us page above.


If you don't wish to register then please checkout as a visitor.



Why do I need to register to shop?

We advise that registering with us is beneficial, not only will you be able to take advantage of our special offers and discounts but you can also keep track of your orders from confirmation to delivery. If you do not have an email address or you don't wish to register with us then please complete your shopping by checking out as a visitor.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

You can request a password reminder by clicking on the 'Forgotten Password' tab below the login section page and entering your email address, you should receive an email with a link to reset your password.


What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept most commonly used payment options such as Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you charge any additional fees for purchases?

We do not charge any additional fees for using a credit card or making purchases on our website, but please check with your credit card company as they may place certain fees or additional charges (and for International customers, your credit card company may charge additional fees for currency exchanges as your purchase is within the United Kingdom which is where Athlegend is currently based.)

Why has my card been declined?

If your card is declined, your bank will be able to advise you as to why this has happened. Please ensure the card you are using is supported by our payment systems, unfortunately at this time we cannot accept the Laser card or other options not showing in the payment page of the website. Alternatively we do accept Visa Debit / Credit, Mastercard, PayPal etc.

Can I cancel my order?

When orders are placed on our website they are processed and dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately once the order has been confirmed we are unable to amend or cancel this and it will be sent out to you. You will need to return the order in full for a refund.

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If you receive the wrong item then please send it back to us in it's original condition and we will refund you in full as per our returns policy. We currently do not offer an exchange option. We suggest you may want to re-order the same item immediately as our stock does sell quickly and when the returned item is processed in full we may not have a similar item available.

There is an item missing from my order.

Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are carefully checked before they leave us. If an item is missing then get in contact with our Customer Services Team by emailing us at: customerservice@athlegend.com We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again. We recommend that you reorder the item as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as out stock does sell quickly.

My discount hasn't been applied for the multi buy offer

To take advantage of our special offers, ensure that you use the correct vouchers or promotional codes. While in the 'Checkout Section' The items you have selected will show as full price in your shopping bag but the promotional discount applied to the order can be viewed at the bottom of the shopping bag page where the total amount payable is displayed. If you have entered the correct voucher or promotional codes and the discount is still not being applied then please contact our Customer Service team via our "contact us page" by clicking above and we will correct this if necessary.



DELIVERIES


Can I track my order?

UK Customers


UK Customers can track orders shipped from the UK by using the tracking number that will be sent to you by email or text once your item has been dispatched.

International Customers


International Customers can track their Express Mail orders by using the tracking number that will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched. For standard International orders there is no tracking option available.

Why are some of my items shipped separately?

There are some items that may ship separately due to logistical and location related reasons. Please note that if any item is shipped separately, you will not be charged twice for the cost of delivery, instead you will only pay the single shipping and packaging cost at the time of each purchase.


How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Standard delivery takes between 3-5 working days (includes Saturday). Express delivery within the UK takes approximately 2-3 working days.
Delivery to Europe is normally within 7-10 working days.
Delivery to the rest of the world is normally within 10-15 working days.
Please note that any deliveries shipped outside of the United Kingdom may incur additional customs duties and fees, and this is the sole responsibility of the international purchaser to pay for any additional fees or duties. (Please check with your local customs office for more information)

For items shipped from the United States or China may incur additional customs duties and fees to UK and International purchasers. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay any additional customs duties or fees for items shipped from outside your country of residence. (Please check with your local customs office for more information)

My order hasn't arrived within the specified delivery time

We offer several different delivery options, full details of these are available on our relevant delivery page, each service provides an estimated delivery time and we always aim to deliver your parcel within this time frame. Unfortunately sometimes orders can be delayed within the courier network or postal service and this could be for a number of reasons like public holidays, bad weather or customs delays for international orders. If you experience a delay with your delivery and the specified time frame suggested on our delivery page has expired then please contact the Customer Service department via our online contact form below, we will then begin an investigation to locate your order and provide tracking if available. Please allow 7 working days for these investigations to be completed.

Do you have a size chart?

Our size chart can be located in most of the product pages or by simply typing Size Chart in the Search icon above, were you can find our standard unisex, men's and ladies shirt sizes in both inches and centimetres, including basic fabric care instructions.


Is your Website Easy to find what I am looking for?


Our website is simple and easy to use, for instance, you can find the product that you are looking for by simply clicking on the shop page, to view all the products for sale on our website or to simply choose the specific shop area to browse through the specified collection in the Shop drop down menu at the top of the website page. Alternatively, use the 'search' link on the website and type in the product description of the item you are looking for.

Can I Order items that are not currently in stock in your website?


You can only order items that are currently in stock. However, we can keep you in the loop if you provide us with your email address as we will alert you when the design or item that you want becomes available.

Q. I received an email from you, what does it mean?

If you have received an email from Athlegend.com then this could be for several reasons.

Shopping Online
When you shop with us online, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been placed. This gives you the chance to check what you have ordered was correct.

Despatch Confirmation
At the point we despatch your order (if you have supplied us with an email address) we will send you a despatch confirmation email. This email confirms the method and content of that particular shipment. If an item is not shown in that email, then it will be despatched separately. This email will also contain detailed tracking information where applicable.

General Communication Regarding Your Order
Depending on the individual circumstances of your order (such as how and when it was placed, and its content) you may receive additional emails from us. These will be clearly shown in the subject line as ‘Your Order with Athlegend.com’ If you do receive such an email, then we are attempting to let you know something important about an open order that we are processing for you, or a refund. We hope you understand that by sending such emails, we are trying to minimise any delays that may have occurred with your order.
