Returns Policy

Our returns policy does not breach your full rights as a customer. When returning any orders, ensure that it is returned back to the specified return address in your purchase invoice within 30 calendar days from the day the order was received by you.

All items must be sent back together with the return's forms and original purchase invoice.
Please be aware that we currently do not offer an exchange option as the same item/s or size or different selected exchange item/s may have sold out, so we will strongly recommend that you place a new order on our website if you decide that you wish to return the original purchased item.

Please note that all items that you return must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging and must be unworn, unwashed (and should have no distinct odours, stains, burns, blemishes, marks etc.). If any of the returned items fail to meet this requirement, the item/s will be sent back to you.

Once we have received your returned parcel, we will inspect it and an email notification will be sent to you to confirm that we have received your returned order.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund back to your credit / debit card (or the original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 – 10 working days, or whenever it is processed by your card or payment issuer.

It is advisable that you return any return orders using the returns form and returns shipping label that will be emailed to you (for UK addresses only), as this label provides you with a free returns option (via standard delivery post), but if you decide to send the orders without using the returns shipping label then any cost incurred for shipping will be your full responsibility.

The items returned remain the customers full responsibility until we acknowledge and confirm that the parcel has been received by us or received by any of our designated production vendors.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item or items back to you in the same condition it was received by us or by our designated vendors.
