Our Customers are at the heart of what we do

Athlegend.com creates and designs on-demand products packaged and shipped from the United Kingdom, and we also create and design products that are shipped from multiple locations to provide you with high quality sportswear apparel products and accessories. Sometimes, these products will be shipped and delivered from multiple international production facilities. We currently work with vendors in the United States of America, China, The EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, Brasil and the United Kingdom.

In most cases, when you purchase a single product or multiple products from the Athlegend website or through other sales channels such as Tiktok or Amazon, these purchases will be fulfilled and shipped from one of the fulfillment centres in the United Kingdom or abroad. However, items purchased from our website or other channels may be fulfilled and shipped from a single location or from one of the other International locations. If you purchase multiple items that are fulfilled from the same location then all items will be shipped together from that one location, but if you purchase multiple items then it may be shipped from two or more locations,, but please bear in mind that you will only pay for a single shipping and packaging cost at checkout.

Please Note: For items shipped from some international locations, such as Australia, canada, United States or China etc. may incur additional customs duties and fees. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay any additional customs duties or fees for items shipped from outside your country of residence. (Please check with your local customs office for more information)

For International Customers: All items purchased from countries outside the UK will incur standard international shipping and packaging cost. (please be aware that International shipments may incur additional customs duties or fees – Please check with your local customs and excise for more information).

Shipping Time Frames

UK Standard delivery takes between 3-5 working days (includes Saturday). Express delivery within the UK takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Delivery to Europe is normally within 7-10 business days.

Delivery to the rest of the world is normally within 10-15 business days.

Please note that International deliveries and shipments may incur additional customs duties and fees, and this is the sole responsibility of the international purchaser to pay for any additional fees or duties. (Please check with your local customs office for more information)
